Eucalyptus and Pine Forest Hacienda La Esperanza have unique locations. It is centered between Quito, Nono, Yunguilla, Nanegalito, and several other tourist attractions.
The property has 130 hectares of land, of which 100 hectares are duly titled and 30 hectares in the process of being titled.
